ReplyDeleteWell im a real big bargain shopper like. I honestly walk into forever 21's and other clothing stores and head straight for clearance. I sware i do not purchase anything else besides clearance. Also I head to swap meets and yard sales constantly and sift through piles of clothes most people would just walk past. And believe sometimes you can get very lucky and find awesome pieces of clothing like this skirt i found in a dollar pile of clothing!! haha well i hope this was slightly helpful. the key is just to not judge anything by its cover ^.^
